About Us

The Last Chance Ragtime Band was born of a trip to New Orleans in 2012. Upon returning to the UK, Stephen Pagano had an idea to start a jazz band. Not the kind of jazz band you find in your local pizza place, but the kind of Jazz Band that makes you want to move.

The LCRB was born and, after a few self promoted gigs, was given opportunities to play for Cambridge Lindy Hoppers & Swingsters. Those nights were a great sucess and the band has gone on from strength to strength. LCRB aim to have great relationships with all the Swing Dance groups they play for. The band's aim is work with the organisation, be a part of the scene and help grow the popularity of this fantastic genre of dance.

LCRB also cater for weddings and private parties. Use the contact page to get in touch.
